Once you have placed your order, the item/s will typically be shipped within one week, depending on our current inventory and office hours/holidays. We are not responsible for delays from the shipping provider, unforeseen circumstances, or weather. We will do our best to notify you when your package has shipped.

Taxes and shipping charges will be added at check out.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

If you are in the West Fort Worth/Benbrook area, we offer $10 delivery or you may pick up at a designated location.

We know you will love your curated collection of decor, but we also understand that things happen. Please, contact Fiesta Yard Signs at fiestafw@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order, want to cancel or make a return. We don't accept *exchanges. We do accept returns and cancellations based on the following conditions:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
• *Exchanges can be made of the same item if your order was damaged upon receipt along with photo of damage, packaging and proof of purchase. If the item is no longer in stock and cannot be reordered, we will give you a store credit.
• Your return request must be sent within 7 days of delivery along with proof of purchase. At that time, your request will be reviewed and steps for the return will be sent to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and returning the item in its original condition. The buyer is also responsible for any loss in value. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email detailing where to send your return. Returns will be credited back to your original form of payment usually in 5-7 business days, unless store credit is requested.
• In some cases, a restocking fee of 25% is assessed on returned or canceled items.
• Unless items arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sale items or personalized/custom orders.
